The Presidential Scholarship and Other Scholarships available at Point Park University, Pittsburgh USA 2021/22

Point park university USA is a top notch university located at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA.

The university was founded in the year 1933 as a Business Training College and offers numerous scholarship programs  for local and  international undergraduate/postgraduate students who demonstrate excellent academic achievement and wish to study in the university  institution.

Prerequisite FOR SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY:

TO be qualified to obtain any of the listed scholarships below, you must apply for admission into any course in the university.

1. Presidential Scholarship

Awarding Criteria: Full-time traditional undergraduate FRESHMEN
GPA 3.9 and SAT 1250/ACT 26 OR GPA 3.8 and SAT 1290/ACT 27 OR GPA 3.7 and SAT 1320/ACT 28
Must meet University’s standard academic progress policy to keep award
Merit aid is to be used to offset the cost of tuition and fees ONLY

 

Transfer Presidential:

Full-time, traditional undergraduate TRANSFER students
GPA 3.5-4.0 cumulative
Must meet University’s standard academic progress policy to keep award
Minimum TOEFL/IELTS score of 525/6.5 if applicable
ELS Level 112 completion with a cumulative test score of 2.0 or higher or Duquesne University ESL Advanced Level B
Merit aid is to offset the cost of tuition and fees ONLY

 

2. Vice Presidential Scholarship

Awarding Criteria: Full-time, traditional undergraduate FRESHMEN
GPA 3.6 and SAT 1150/ACT 23 OR GPA 3.5 and SAT 1190/ACT 24 OR GPA 3.4 and SAT 1230/ACT 25
Must meet University’s standard academic progress policy to keep award
Merit aid is to be used to offset the cost of tuition and fees ONLY

 

3. Trustee Scholarship:

Awarding Criteria: Full-time, traditional undergraduate FRESHMEN
GPA 3.3 and SAT 990/ACT 19 OR GPA 3.2 and SAT 1030/ACT 20 OR GPA 3.1 and SAT 1070/ACT 21
Must meet University’s standard academic progress policy to keep award
Merit aid is to be used to offset the cost of tuition and fees ONLY

4. Founders Scholarship:

Awarding Criteria: Full-time, traditional undergraduate FRESHMEN
GPA 3.0 and SAT 850/ACT 15 OR GPA 2.9 and SAT 880/ACT 16 OR GPA 2.8 and SAT 930/ACT 17
Must meet University’s standard academic progress policy to keep award
Merit aid is to be used to offset the cost of tuition and fees ONLY

5.Point Park Opportunity Grant:

Awarding Criteria: Full-time, traditional undergraduate FRESHMAN
GPA 3.0 and SAT 840/ACT 15 OR GPA 2.8 and SAT 920/ACT 17 OR GPA 2.6 and SAT 1000/ACT 19
Must meet University’s standard academic progress policy to keep award
Merit aid is to be used to offset the cost  value of tuition and fees ONLY

6. Graduate Students Scholarship:

NOTE: Applicants who submit original transcripts from an accredited undergraduate university in their home country can be eligible for merit scholarships based upon successful TOEFL/IELTS score (if applicable) and undergraduate transcripts.

  1. Applicants with a 3.0-3.29 GPA and a TOEFL/IELTS of 550/6.5 if applicable will be awarded $1,000/academic year.
  2. Applicants with a 3.30-3.79 GPA and a TOEFL/IELTS of 550/6.5 if applicable will be awarded $2,000/academic year.
  3. Applicants with a 3.80-4.0 GPA and a TOEFL/IELTS score of 550/6.5 if applicable will be awarded $3,000/academic year.
