The Undergraduate Scholarship:

The Scholarship will be applied in the form of a tuition waiver for up to four years of full time enrollment for undergraduate and postgraduate students and for up to two years of full time enrollment for graduate students.



Scholarships are awarded according to the GPA in the following way

Grade Point Average (GPA) : Up to maximum amount based on application

  1. 3.8-4.0: $6,000 / year
  2. 3.6-3.79: $5,000 / year
  3. 3.4-3.59: $4,000 / year
  4. 3.2-3.39:$3,000 / year
  5. 2.7-3.19:$2,000 / year


Kindly Note:

The scholarship is given to new international students (freshman, transfer and graduate) applying to PSU for the first time and will be awarded up to the utmost amount listed in award breakdown conditional on the following:

  • Grade Point Average (GPA)
  • Scholarly Activities
  • Professional Experiences
  • GRE/GMAT Scores
  • TOEFL/IELTS/PTE English Proficiency Score
  • Need
  • Applicants must have admission to a degree program
