Cyprus Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships 2020/2021 Academic Session

Cyprus is a Country situated in Europe and east of the Mediterranean islands. There are more than 70,000 international students form 135 different countries presently enrolled in 16 major universities in North Cyprus.

The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ministry of National Education and Sports awards scholarships for international students to study in Cyprus on fully funded or partial status. The undergraduate and postgraduate scholarship awards  have help many international students attain various academic excellencies. These scholarship honors  are on-going, and emphasis is placed more based on the students’ academic performance.

 

The Comprehensive scholarship includes the following:

1. Tuition Fee
2.  Dormitory Fee
3.  Allowance
4. Stationary Aid

 

The Limited scholarship involves the following:

1. Allowance
2. Stationary aid

 

Acceptability Criteria:

1. Students studying or accepted to study in an undergraduate or graduate program in a university in TRNC may apply for the scholarship.
2. Applications are accepted at the beginning of each semester

 

Requirements needed for Application:

1. For undergraduate students – Student certificate
2. For Graduate students – Photocopies of degrees or diplomas already obtained together with an officially certified translation of those diplomas or degrees which are not in Turkish or in English
3. Transcripts of academic records
4. Application Form (filled and signed)
5. 2 photographs
6. Copy of the passport
