Founded in 1829 by William Chalmers, Chalmers University of Technology has grown to be one of the apex universities in Sweden.
The institution is located in Gothenburg and focuses on the following areas: Research and education in technology, Natural science, Architecture, Maritime and other management areas.
Chalmers is one of only three universities in Sweden which are named after a person. For the 2020 Adlerbert Study Scholarships, applications are invited from international, the scholarship comprises of a full tuition fee waiver and is funded by the the Adlerbert Foundations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The scholarships are open to 1st year Master’s programme applicants and citizens of 143 eligible countries.
- The selection is based on the applicants’ relative academic excellence, which primarily includes weighted average grade but also home University’s stature (including position on global ranking lists) and priority order of the application for Chalmers Master’s Programmes.
